President, Advanced Solutions
Serge Bourdage is President of Advanced  Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary DXC Technology that was created in 2004 in order to serve the unique needs of the BC Public Sector. Since that time, Advanced Solutions has provided business process services, call center, applications development/management and managed hosting services to the Province of BC.  If you are a Citizen of British Columbia, you have consumed a Government service that, in some way, was supported, designed or managed by Advanced Solutions.

Serge has extensive experience in providing high quality IT services in the Public Sector in British Columba. Before he was President of Advanced Solutions, Serge spent 10 years as Senior Account Executive, and 3 years before that running the whole of the IT infrastructure for the Province. 

Before joining Advanced Solutions in 2009, Serge was a public servant, performing architectural and systems management services for Shared Services BC. Serge took the opportunity to join Advanced Solutions in 2009 as part of the Province’s outsourcing of managed hosted services, where he oversaw the delivery and transformation of hosting services. Serge holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Royal Roads University.

Keith McKinnon
For over thirty years Keith McKinnon has been both a provider and consumer of IT services in the private and public sectors. He has been responsible for the delivery of provincial data centres and health systems, higher education services and general IT services to globally dispersed private sector clients.

Keith has broad experience in project delivery including system replacements, new deployments and application development, supporting up to hundreds of thousands of users. A strong proponent of effective use of process and frameworks, he has led the development of several ITIL, project management and architecture practices.

Keith is responsible for the delivery of Advanced Solutions design, build and operate infrastructure and hosting services. He has a practical approach to service delivery accountability and a willingness to engage both clients and providers to improve service and delivery.

Elaine Bell
Elaine has held Senior Finance Professional roles for over 15 years in a variety of organizations in Vancouver and Victoria. Ranging from profit start ups to medium-large mature organizations, she is eager to share her breadth of knowledge from public and private sectors (including public companies), not for profits and charities, and covers Education (post secondary and K-12), Health, Insurance, High Tech, and Forestry. Her passion for contributing to strategic direction with long range financial planning and supporting businesses through growth is reinforced by her experience in Finance and Operations, and her technical accounting abilities.

As a people person and a positive change agent, she believes strongly in a collaborative culture. A constant advocate for process improvements, Elaine looks to leverage knowledge skills, abilities, systems, and tools of all organizational teams. She finds great reward in growing people to create successful, sustainable, and scalable companies. Staying curious and finding out the why with a learning mindset, provides opportunities to learn from others and continue personal growth. As CFO, she is responsible for the Finance, Contracts, and Procurement functions at Advanced Solutions and values strong relationships with Operations, Customers, Teams, and Leaders in the work environment.

Brent Buchan
Brent Buchan brings 25 years of experience in progressive business leadership, consulting and sales management with major professional services and technology firms in Canada and the USA. He has experience managing delivery and business development groups for corporate and public sector clients specializing in strategy and direction in revenue growth environments.

Brent has held previous roles as Director, Technology Consulting-PwC, Director Public Sector Accounts-TELUS and AGM BC Xerox Global Services. His work and personal experience have covered all corners of British Columbia, giving him a strong understanding of both urban and rural communities in the province. Brent also has extensive experience in facilitation and training, with a posting at an international training centre in Virginia, USA.

Brent is responsible for all account related activities and business growth within the BC Health Sector including Health Authorities and Ministry of Health.

Ashley Namur
Ashley Namur is a seasoned HR professional who is results-focused and proactive in delivering high quality services to the organization. Ashley leads and directs the overall strategic goals and business objectives of corporate HR functions and the strategic alignment, development, and delivery of corporate level HR programs and initiatives. Ashley plays a key role in Advanced Solutions maintaining a strong labour-friendly work environment.
