  • Current opportunities can be viewed on our posting site. Please follow the application procedures specified in the individual postings. A separate application or resume is required for each competition, unless otherwise indicated.

  • Always quote the position you are applying for on your application and ensure that you include an e-mail address where you can be contacted. If you do not have an e-mail address, ensure that you provide a telephone number where you can be reached.

  • Your application/resume must clearly identify how you meet each of the stated qualifications in the competition posting.

Recruitment Process

Recruitment at Advanced Solutions is typically a four-stage process focused on identifying, assessing, interviewing and hiring the very best person for each job.

1. Application

Apply to each position of interest to you that aligns with your educational background, competencies and experience by reviewing the postings web site.

2. Evaluation

Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed against the requirements of the position.

3. Assessment

The assessment process may include written exercises and interviews with the hiring manager, Human Resource Services, and/or other panel members as appropriate. The primary purpose is to assess your competencies and values and fit with the needs of Advanced Solutions and also serves as a way for you to gain a better understanding of the job and our organization.

4. Selection

Once a position has been filled, all candidates interviewed who were not selected will be notified. It is the goal of Advanced Solutions to hire the most qualified individual for each opportunity.
